It’s easy to get Dog tired at High Point Market Week while sniffing out the latest design trends.

 

Covering 10,000 ,000 square feet is ruff even for a professional Shopping Hound like me. 

 

 

 

 

But, when I discover Drool Worthy Dog Beds like this puppies, I almost forget about my aching feet.

Here are the Key Pet Style Furniture Trends I spotted while selecting the Best of Show at the International Furniture & Accessorie Market in High Point, North Carolina:

 

 

Focal Point

Dog Beds have moved out of secondary rooms, like the mud & laundry room, and are taking the center stage.  Furniture designers have created styles for every room of the house.

Dog beds are mimicking furniture designs in every way.  The same fabrics, finishes & design lines used to create furniture are now available for four-legged members of the family.

 

Furniture makers are even offering armchairs with matching Dog Beds!

Man-up!

Gone are the days when stylish Dog beds were only available for the dainty, little Pups. Masculine looks for Pet Beds have arrived on the scene and they are King-sized.

High performance fabrics have come a long way thanks to the hospitality market.  They now look and feel fabulous.

 

Traditional cushion Dog beds are available with durable, washable, stain & sun resistant fabrics with removeable Dog Bed covers.  The cushions are available in colors, patterns & styles that are just as sophiticated as the interiors the Dog beds will be placed in.
